We are looking for an experienced Site Acquisition Manager with strong experience in the hospitality/QSR industry to drive site identification and acquisition for our rapid outlet expansion.

The ideal candidate should have worked with established brands such as KFC, Domino’s, California Burrito, or similar hospitality/QSR brands, with a strong network of landlords, brokers, developers, and property consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire high-potential locations for current outlets.
- Manage the complete site acquisition process from site identification to final closure.
- Conduct initial site evaluation based on location, visibility, footfall, catchment, competition, and commercial viability.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and consultants.
- Lead commercial negotiations and support the team through documentation and closure.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential sites across target locations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for site feasibility and approval.




- Ensure sites are acquired quickly and within agreed commercial parameters.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in site acquisition/real estate, preferably in hospitality/QSR.
- Experience working with established brands such as KFC, Domino’s, California Burrito, or similar brands is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate and hospitality site requirements.
- Excellent network of property owners, brokers, developers, and local contacts.
- Proven ability to identify and close suitable sites quickly.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and execution-focused.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced expansion environment.

We’re looking for someone with strong market knowledge and connections who can open doors, identify the right sites, and get deals closed quickly. Pay: ₹186,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
