Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Ernakulam. This full-time, on-site role includes monitoring execution of civil works, ensuring compliance with design specifications and standards, and supporting quality checks and technical audits. The role involves interpreting drawings, assisting in planning and scheduling site activities, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders, and reporting progress, issues, and risks to project management.

Engineer will also help implement best practices in safety, documentation, and site communication to maintain project timelines and quality.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience working as part of Civil Engineers teams, including coordination with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
- Proficiency in Planning site activities, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet project milestones.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and related infrastructure works in civil projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Prior site engineering or construction supervision experience, preferably in building or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with quality control processes, safety standards, and basic construction-related documentation.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and adapt to dynamic site conditions.
- Proficiency in basic engineering software and MS Office tools; exposure to project management tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to be present on-site in Ernakulam and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
