About the Role

We need a Site Civil Engineer who will take full charge of site work and execution. You will be the company’s person on site. Everything from layout and excavation to finishing and handover will run under your supervision, and you will answer for quality, timelines and site discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete site execution as per approved drawings and specifications: layout, excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, finishing and handover.
- Supervise contractors, supervisors, masons and labour, and plan daily work and manpower.
- Check material quality on delivery (cement, steel, sand, aggregate, etc.) and make sure only approved material is used.
- Carry out stage-wise quality checks and keep site records: daily progress report, material register, labour attendance and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with the Architect, Senior Civil Engineer and MEP team for drawings, clarifications and site changes.
- Do not carry out any extra work or change without written client approval.
- Prevent material wastage and theft,



and report any site issue or loss immediately.
- Follow site safety rules, and make sure labour use helmets and safety gear.
- Keep clients and the head office updated on progress with photos and regular reports.
- Support billing and measurements as per construction milestones.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 2-5 years of site execution experience, preferably in residential construction (bungalows, farmhouses, floors).
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Good knowledge of RCC work, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing and finishing.
- Basic knowledge of quantity estimation, measurements and bar bending schedules.
- Able to manage labour and contractors firmly and fairly.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, email); AutoCAD is a plus.
- Honest, disciplined and ready to be on site daily.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as required.

Working Days & Hours Monday to Saturday, site timings 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
