About the Role- We are looking for a poised and welcoming Showroom Hostess for our premium architectural window experience center in Sector 7, Chandigarh. You will be the primary point of contact for architects, interior designers, and high-end clients exploring our Aluvam and Mivan window solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Reception: Warmly greet clients, manage showroom hospitality, and offer welcome refreshments.
- Visitor Routing: Register walk-ins, understand their requirements, and guide them to the appropriate sales or technical executive.
- Basic Product Intro: Provide high-level overviews of key Aluvam and Mivan aluminium window features.
- Operations: Maintain showroom presentation,
log visitor inquiries into the CRM, and handle phone appointments.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in hospitality, front desk, or luxury retail/interiors.
- Skills: Fluent in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus) with excellent communication skills.
- Presentation: Skilled grooming and a warm, customer-centric attitude.
- Tech Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office / Excel.
