Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise CNC, VMC, HMC, turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and other machining operations, as applicable.
- Ensure machines are operated according to approved work instructions and process parameters.
- Monitor tool life, tool changes, offsets, and machining performance.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve machine breakdowns.
- Ensure proper setup, job changeover, and first-piece approval.
- Allocate operators and helpers according to production requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and work performance.
- Ensure proper shift handover and communication between shifts.
- Develop teamwork and maintain a productive working environment.
- Maintain traceability and production records as required.
- Relevant experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment.




- Experience supervising machine operators and managing shift production.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machining, engineering drawings, GD&T;, and measuring instruments is preferred.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, 5S, and workplace safety.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma or BE

Experience:

3 - 6 years
