- Manage daily café operations during the assigned shift.

- Supervise and coordinate service crew, baristas, and kitchen staff.

- Ensure proper staff grooming, hygiene, and cleanliness.

- Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.

- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and task allocation.

- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.

- Monitor billing, cash handling, and shift closing reports.

- Coordinate with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations.

- 2–4 years of experience in café, restaurant, or QSR operations.

- Good communication and team management skills.

- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and inventory management.

- Ability to handle a team and work in rotational shifts.

- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
