Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SFDC QA Automation Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) testing, Java, Selenium WebDriver, and API testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, functionality, performance, and reliability of Salesforce applications through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
- Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, business processes, and custom functionalities.
- Perform API testing to validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Validate REST/SOAP APIs using tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
- Identify, report, track, and troubleshoot defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts,



and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Maintain test documentation, test cases, automation scripts, and defect reports.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous quality improvement.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) application testing.
- Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Strong experience in API testing, including REST and SOAP services.
- Experience with automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Maven.
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Familiarity with defect management tools such as Jira.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
