- Configure and troubleshoot MID Servers and enterprise connectivity.

Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
- Strong experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions.
- Experience developing and customizing Service Portal widgets using AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.

- Experience with performance tuning and platform optimization.
- Knowledge of upgrade planning, Instance Scan, and HealthScan best practices.
- Identify and resolve platform issues while maintaining system stability and scalability.
Candidate Requirements
- 10–14 years of overall IT experience.
- Approximately 8 years of dedicated ServiceNow development and solution architecture experience.
- Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, and solution-design capabilities.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setup from Airoli, Mumbai.
- Flexibility to support US-hour overlap as required.
