Position Title: ServiceNow Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer – Field Service Management (FSM) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in ServiceNow FSM implementation, configuration, customization, and development, with a solid understanding of field service processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
- Work on Dynamic Scheduling to optimize task allocation and field-agent scheduling.
- Configure and develop solutions within Dispatcher Workspace to support efficient field service operations.
- Implement and enhance Live Agent Tracking capabilities for real-time visibility of field resources.
- Configure and customize Auto Assignment of work based on skills, availability, location, and business rules.
- Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and other ServiceNow components.
- Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems as required.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal platform performance.
- Participate in requirement discussions, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.




- Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience with Dynamic Scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with Dispatcher Workspace.
- Experience with Live Agent Tracking.
- Strong knowledge of Auto Assignment functionality in FSM.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow development, configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience working with client stakeholders and delivering ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow FSM certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience in implementing or enhancing ServiceNow FSM solutions.
- Good understanding of field service processes such as work orders, work assignments, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with client and internal teams.

Work Location & Requirement
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Model: Hybrid – minimum 3 days Work From Office.
- Client Engagement: The selected candidate will be required to work from the client location as per project/business requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Hyderabad client location.

Experience Relevant Experience: 4+ years in ServiceNow development, with strong hands-on experience in FSM.
