Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to manage after-sales service operations, technical support, service performance, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end after-sales service operations.
- Oversee warranty claims, repair turnaround time, field service, and technical troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and assembly teams regarding hardware defects and field performance.
- Monitor service KPIs, including First-Time Fix Rate (FTFR), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), and SLA adherence.
- Lead and train field service engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Coordinate spare-parts inventory with supply chain and procurement teams.




- Manage relationships with customers, vendors, and service contractors.
- Drive process improvements to improve service efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of experience in service management, technical support, or operations.
- Experience in IT hardware manufacturing or electronics.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, servers, and networking.
- Experience in service operations and SLA/KPI management.
- Team leadership and people-management skills.
- Solid analytical and root-cause analysis abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or service-management systems.
