Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer – EV Batteries and Smart Chargers with hands-on experience in lithium-ion battery packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), and EV charging solutions. The candidate will be responsible for technical troubleshooting, battery diagnostics, installation, maintenance, warranty inspections, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot lithium-ion battery packs, BMS, EV chargers, and related electrical systems.
- Identify and resolve battery faults, charging issues, voltage fluctuations, and overheating problems.
- Perform battery testing, health checks, performance evaluations, and preventive maintenance.
- Handle installation, commissioning, servicing, and replacement of battery systems.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and dealers.
- Investigate service complaints and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct warranty inspections and maintain service records and technical reports.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and battery handling guidelines.
- Travel to customer locations as required for service assignments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.




- 2–5 years of relevant experience in service engineering, preferably in EV batteries or lithium-ion battery systems.
- Practical knowledge of lithium-ion battery packs, BMS, and EV chargers.
- Ability to use multimeters and other electrical testing instruments.
- Understanding of electrical circuits, battery diagnostics, charging systems, and battery safety.
- Valuable troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and technical service assignments.

Preferred Experience: Electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, e-rickshaws, commercial EVs, battery manufacturing, or EV charging solutions.
