Roles:
- Visit client sites for installation of packaging machines
- Handle machine servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Identify issues in machines and provide quick solutions on-site
- Coordinate with clients to understand technical problems
- Provide proper guidance and demonstration of machines to clients
- Maintain explicit and professional email communication with customers and internal team
- Prepare and submit service reports after each visit
- Ensure machines are working properly after installation/service
- Follow up with clients for feedback and service support
- Coordinate with internal technical team for complex issues
- Maintain records of service visits, complaints, and resolutions
- Ensure timely service and customer satisfaction
Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
