We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Service Captain / F&B; Captain to lead our service team and ensure an excellent dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant service and staff.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints.
- Coordinate with kitchen and billing teams.
- Maintain service standards, hygiene, and staff grooming.
- Train team members and support upselling.
- Ensure smooth shift opening and closing operations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
- Basic POS and billing knowledge.
