Job SummaryMadhuban Toyota is looking for a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
- Explain service requirements, repair estimates, and delivery timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle status.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Explain additional service requirements and recommend appropriate vehicle maintenance.




- Ensure proper vehicle delivery and completion of service documentation.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
- Experience in passenger car servicing; Toyota dealership experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with job cards, service estimates, and dealership processes.
- Ability to coordinate with workshop technicians and meet service delivery timelines.
