Job Summary

HOPUP India is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Server / Waiter to provide excellent dining service to guests. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests visiting our entertainment centre.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving basic service concerns.
- Coordinate with kitchen and F&B; teams to ensure smooth service operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate complaints to the supervisor when required.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting after guests finish their meals.
- Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs),



and safety guidelines.
- Support the team during peak hours, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
