Role Purpose The SEO Specialist owns organic search performance across our clients spanning technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy. This role turns search prospect into measurable growth: rankings, qualified traffic, and conversions. The standard is not simply "optimized," but genuinely competitive work that outperforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve the issues holding back rankings.
- Develop keyword and on-page strategy grounded in real search intent.
- Direct content production — brief the content pipeline and act as the quality gate on everything it produces.
- Own organic rankings, traffic, and the conversions that follow.

Ultimately accountable for: organic growth — rankings, qualified traffic, and content that converts, for each client.

You own your area end to end and are expected to deliver to standard and raise risks early.
- We use a modern toolset, including AI, to accelerate research and drafting — but the expertise and the standard of the final output are yours.

Required Skills

- Demonstrated SEO results across both technical and content SEO — not one at the expense of the other.
- Fluency with the core toolset: Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, Surfer or Frase, Google Search Console, and GA4.
- The editorial judgment to take a draft from generic to genuinely rank-worthy, and proficiency using AI-assisted tools to speed research and production without lowering quality.
- A working understanding of how SEO connects to conversions, not just traffic.
