Job Overview

We are looking for a result-oriented SEO Team Lead / SEO Manager with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization, advanced SEO techniques, and AI-driven SEO strategies. The candidate must be capable of managing a team of 4–5 SEO professionals, developing effective SEO strategies, improving organic rankings, increasing website traffic, and delivering measurable results within shorter timeframes.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, AI SEO, competitor analysis, and grey-hat SEO techniques, along with the ability to adapt quickly to changing search engine algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
- Manage, guide, and monitor a team of 4–5 SEO executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Execute technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, link building, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Implement AI SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms.
- Use AI tools and automation to accelerate keyword research, content optimization, SEO audits, and performance analysis.
- Apply advanced SEO techniques, including grey-hat methods, with an understanding of search engine guidelines and potential risks.
- Identify quick-win opportunities to improve rankings, traffic, indexing, and website performance.




- Conduct website audits and resolve technical issues related to crawling, indexing, site structure, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
- Develop effective backlink strategies and monitor backlink quality, anchor text distribution, and competitor link profiles.
- Track SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and other SEO tools.
- Set measurable KPIs, monitor team productivity, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging SEO trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–4 years of practical SEO experience with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Previous experience managing or leading a team of 4–5 members.
- Strong command of advanced SEO, technical SEO, AI SEO, and GEO.
- Practical knowledge of grey-hat SEO techniques and risk assessment.
- Expertise in keyword research, search intent analysis, competitor research, and content optimization.
- Experience with link building, backlink analysis, and authority-building strategies.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, Semrush, and AI-based SEO tools.
- Ability to identify opportunities for faster ranking improvements and organic traffic growth.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
