Role Description The SEO Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry, India. The SEO Executive will manage day-to-day search engine optimization activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives to improve organic visibility. This role involves conducting regular SEO audits, monitoring website performance, and implementing recommendations aligned with current search engine best practices.

The SEO Executive will collaborate with content, design, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging, optimize digital campaigns, and track key metrics such as rankings, traffic, and conversions. The position requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, algorithm changes,



and tools to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Candidates should possess practical expertise in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, structured data, site architecture, and content optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building and off-page optimization to develop high-quality, ethical backlink profiles.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support integrated digital strategies and amplify organic reach.
- Candidates should possess experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research tools) and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred; prior experience in an SEO or digital marketing role is an advantage.
