Requirement has both BA cum STE requirement, as discussed with customer he is mainly looking for STE who can support few BA activities or BAs. Preference 1: (1) 2 STEs should be robust in digital assets based on blockchain technology as mentioned in JD. (2) STE should have good knowledge on UAE payments + STE who can support few BA activities or BAs.
Preference 2: If we don’t get STE with both the skills mentioned above then get 1 STE with digital asset and 1 STE with UAE payments in offshore. STE who can support few BA activities or BAs.
- Get a person who is ready to move to Mumbai and agree to work from Mumbai office.
- Candidates must be within finance QK parity to avoid last minute rejections and exception approvals.
- Person has to join in QK Mumbai office on DOJ so he/she has to be informed to travel in advance and no virtual onboarding.
- No work from home from day 1. Working from office is compulsory.
