Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment. Candidates must have hands-on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment and should have worked on hiring requirements for either SAP or Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle C2H (Contract-to-Hire) recruitment requirements.
- Work on SAP or Oracle technology-based hiring requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in C2H recruitment.
- Recruitment experience in either SAP or Oracle technologies.
- Good understanding of technical job descriptions and candidate screening.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment targets.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
