Should be a B.E (Civil)/M. Tech (Structure) with 8 to 12 years experiences in Structural Design and Hydraulic Designs for the water retaining structures, major and medium dam, jack well & pump houses. Apart from this the candidate should have following skills.

- RCC/ Steel Designs
- Design of Sub-station
- GAD/GFC Preparation
- Conceptual Plan
- Client Discussions for design approval
- Site Co-Ordination
- Team Leading
- STAAD Pro (or) FEM Based software package
