Are you passionate about driving organic growth, dominating search rankings, and building visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms? We’re looking for an experienced SEO Lead to own our organic growth strategy and strengthen our digital presence in the FinTech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and qualified leads.
- Lead keyword research, competitor benchmarking, content optimization, and organic growth initiatives.
- Drive On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, including backlink strategy and website audits.
- Optimize website performance, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Implement schema markup and structured data to enhance search visibility.
- Drive AI-powered SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) initiatives.
- Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio for performance tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with content, product, design, and development teams to implement SEO-driven improvements.
- Monitor algorithm updates,



identify growth opportunities, and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Track SEO KPIs, organic conversions, and lead-generation performance.

? What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 5 - 8 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably with experience leading SEO initiatives.
- Solid expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Practical experience with SEO analytics, website audits, keyword research, and backlink analysis.
- Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, schema implementation, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search optimization.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in FinTech, BFSI, lending, or digital marketplaces will be an added advantage.
