Job Summary

Goldstone Hospitality is seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Security Supervisor to oversee security operations, supervise security personnel, and ensure the safety of guests, employees, assets, and premises at SOMARA and other designated company properties.

The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, sound security knowledge, and experience managing security operations in hotels, premium restaurants, commercial buildings, malls, or hospitality establishments.

Key Responsibilities1. Security Operations

- Supervise daily security operations across all designated premises.
- Ensure proper security coverage at entrances, exits, parking areas, rooftop spaces, and other sensitive locations.
- Monitor visitor entry, employee movement, vendor access, and deliveries.
- Conduct regular security inspections and identify potential risks.
- Prevent theft, unauthorized access, property damage, and security breaches.

1. Team Management

- Supervise, guide, and manage the security guard team.
- Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and deployment plans.
- Ensure punctuality, discipline, uniform compliance, and professional conduct.
- Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain attendance, shift handover records, and duty registers.

1. CCTV & Surveillance

- Monitor CCTV systems and ensure proper surveillance coverage.
- Identify suspicious activities and take timely preventive action.
- Ensure security equipment is operational and report technical issues.
- Maintain incident records and preserve relevant CCTV footage when required.

1. Guest & Crowd Management

- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for guests.
- Manage entry queues, parking, VIP movements, and crowd control during events.
- Handle guest disputes and disturbances calmly and professionally.




- Coordinate with restaurant management during peak hours and special events.

1. Emergency & Incident Management

- Respond promptly to emergencies, fire alarms, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Coordinate with local police, emergency services, and relevant authorities when necessary.
- Ensure security personnel understand emergency evacuation and fire-safety procedures.
- Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective measures.

1. Compliance & Reporting

- Ensure compliance with company security policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Maintain visitor registers, incident reports, inspection checklists, and daily security reports.
- Coordinate with administration, operations, housekeeping, and facility maintenance teams.
- Report major incidents, risks, and operational concerns directly to management.

Eligibility & Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in security operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Previous experience in hotels, restaurants, hospitality, commercial buildings, malls, or corporate facilities preferred.
- Strong team leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, access control, crowd management, and emergency response.
- Physically fit, disciplined, alert, and capable of handling challenging situations.
- Police verification and background checks will be required.
- Security, fire-safety, or first-aid training will be an advantage.
- Experience managing security teams across multiple shifts is preferred.
