Summary:

Candidate will responsible for the day-to-day operational support, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of the organization's Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data classification platform. This role focuses on ensuring the DLP solution effectively protects sensitive data from unauthorized disclosure, leakage, or loss, while also providing escalation support for complex incidents and contributing to configuration management and system optimization.

Knowledge:

- In-depth knowledge of data protection principles, DLP policies, and incident response procedures.
- Familiarity with data classification methodologies and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cloud environments, and endpoint security technologies.
- Understanding of data classification methodologies and sensitive information types.




- Understanding of security priniciples related to data at rest, data in use, and data in motion

Skills required: Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into project management requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in project/service deliverables
- Should have robust written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and work closely with stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
