Job Summary

Heera Agro Industries is looking for an experienced, result-oriented, and highly motivated Senior Sales Officer to manage sales operations, achieve sales targets, develop customer relationships, and support business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience in sales management, preferably in the agriculture, irrigation, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales and call center teams to improve overall performance.
- Monitor sales activities, customer follow-ups, and payment collections.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with dispatch and other departments for timely order processing.
- Guide and motivate junior sales team members.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and accountability within the sales process.





Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in team coordination and customer relationship management.
- Good knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for results.
