Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in lithium batteries, EV batteries, or the automotive and electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and increasing sales of lithium battery products for electric 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, and other relevant applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners for lithium battery products.
- Promote and sell lithium-ion batteries for electric 2-wheelers (2W), 3-wheelers (3W), and other EV applications.
- Generate leads through market visits, cold calling, references, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EV manufacturers, battery dealers, distributors, and fleet operators.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable battery products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on sales inquiries and orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.




- Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, and sales pipeline updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product delivery, and after-sales support.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries and EV battery applications.
- Experience in B2B sales, dealer development, and distribution.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in lithium batteries, EV batteries, automotive, electrical, or related industries.
- Candidates with an existing dealer or distributor network in the EV battery market will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹25,000 per month onwards, depending on experience and skills.
