- Management:

- Respond to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media inquiries, and walk-in prospects.

- Make outbound cold/warm calls to follow up on pending leads or trial requests.

- Gym Tours &

- Consultations:

- Welcome visitors, assess their fitness goals, budget comfort, and timelines.

- Conduct guided facility tours showcasing equipment, hygiene, and amenities.

- Sales &

- Conversions:

- Explain membership tiers, annual/monthly plans, and personal training options clearly.

- Handle objections, negotiate offers, and close sales.

- Onboarding &

- CRM Tracking:

- Collect member details, process payments, and coordinate trial sessions with floor trainers.

- Log daily calls, lead statuses, and conversions into a CRM tool or spreadsheet.

- Renewals &

- Retention Support:

- Follow up with existing members nearing the end of their plans to push for renewals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
