Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Senior Ring Expert to join our growing team in Maharashtra. In this senior client-facing role, you will drive exceptional retail sales, conduct high-value design and styling consultations (both in-studio and virtual), mentor junior Ring Experts, and take operational ownership of key store processes.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Engagement & Sales (Appointment to Receipt)

- Lead personalized client consultations (in-store and virtual) to understand customer mindsets, preferences, and budgets.
- Guide customers through custom design selections, product offerings, and brand policies to convert appointments into sales.
- Handle online orders, process quotations, and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Collect advance payments, issue formal receipts,



and manage daily cash handover procedures to the Head Office.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, merchandising standards, and product presentation.

2. Order & Quality Management (Procure to Pay)

- Track order production statuses and maintain regular updates with the Head Office team.
- Perform strict quality checks (QCs) upon receiving pieces to ensure design and quality standards meet client expectations.
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines to ensure on-time product deliveries.

3. Handover & Delivery (Receipt to Invoice)

- Manage the final delivery process, ensuring a smooth, memorable product handover with proper documentation.

4. Store-Level Operational LeadershipTake ownership of one or more core operational domains:

- Merchandising: Maintain display standards, organize inventory rotation, and maximize visual appeal.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle inventory audits, and coordinate replenishments.
- Training & Mentorship: Assist in onboarding and training junior Ring Experts on consultation techniques and product knowledge.
- Closing Procedures: Supervise end-of-day store closing, cash reconciliation, and operational reporting.

5. Subject Matter Expertise & Networking

- Act as an internal specialist in Solitaires and premium diamond categories.
- Represent Rings & I at luxury expos, jewellery styling events, and networking platforms to expand client outreach.




- Share client preference trends and feedback to guide product development and merchandising strategy.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail sales, luxury retail, premium diamond/jewellery sales, or high-end client servicing.
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and people-reading skills, and proficiency in diamond styling/consultation.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable operating omnichannel digital platforms, CRM/order tools, and virtual consultation software.

Work Schedule & Location Details

- Store Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
- Working Days: Weekend availability is required (Weekends are working days, as is standard in retail).
- Location: Multiple openings across cities in Maharashtra.
