We are looking for experienced sales professionals for leadership and senior sales positions in the Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) domain. The ideal candidate should have strong customer acquisition skills, knowledge of loan products, and the ability to generate business through field sales, referrals, and channel partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new Home Loan and Loan Against Property business through field visits, referrals, and direct customer acquisition.

- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, property dealers, real estate agents, brokers, and other channel partners.

- Meet potential customers to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales, sourcing, and loan disbursement targets.

- Manage leads, conduct regular follow-ups, and convert prospects into business opportunities.

- Ensure proper collection and submission of customer and property documents.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking teams for loan processing, approval, and disbursement.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth loan application experience.





- Monitor sales performance and support business growth through effective sourcing strategies.

- For team leadership positions, guide sales team members, monitor targets, and drive overall team performance.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 5–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in Home Loans or Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Strong understanding of home loan products, eligibility criteria, and loan processing procedures.

- Experience in field sales, customer acquisition, and channel partner development.

- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on business growth.

- Candidates with relevant banking, NBFC, DSA, or financial services experience are preferred.
