Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and mature Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience to join our growing team. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple leadership hiring mandates simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, technology, sales, and niche hiring mandates.




- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job portals, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Engage with professionals having 10+ years of experience, including senior managers, directors, VPs, and C-level executives.
- Conduct detailed candidate assessments covering technical, functional, leadership, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner closely with clients and hiring managers, providing regular updates and market insights.
- Manage multiple client requirements while consistently meeting delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines.
- Stay updated on hiring trends across Product Engineering, IT Services, Digital Engineering, and Consulting sectors.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years of experience in recruitment/ leadership hiring , executive search, or talent acquisition.

- Experience hiring for IT, Engineering, Sales, or Consulting roles is preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and client management skills.
- Professional maturity to interact confidently with senior professionals and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
