Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Project Engineer role based in Patna.

The Senior Project

Engineer will oversee end-to-end project engineering activities, including project planning, technical design coordination, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include leading electrical engineering and multidisciplinary project engineering tasks, preparing and reviewing technical documents and drawings, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and supporting procurement and installation activities.



The role involves identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, resolving technical issues during execution, and providing regular status reports and documentation.

The Senior Project

Engineer will also mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and engineering practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Project Planning skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear documentation, stakeholder coordination, and professional interaction with clients and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant experience in industrial, power, process plant, or EPC projects, preferably in a senior or lead engineering capacity.
- Proficiency in project management and engineering software tools (e.g., MS Project/Primavera, CAD and electrical design tools).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
- Ability to work in office in Patna, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
