About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer on a freelance basis to drive end-to-end product design for one of our new AI-powered product lines.

You will work closely with the Product Manager, engineering team, and occasionally US-based clients to translate business requirements into intuitive, visually polished, and scalable product experiences.

The initial engagement will be a 2-week assignment, with the possibility of extending the engagement based on project requirements, deliverables, and mutual fit.

We are looking for someone who can bring strong design judgment, work independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality design outcomes within a short timeline.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Own end-to-end product design, from understanding business requirements and user needs to delivering production-ready UI/UX designs.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to define user journeys, information architecture, workflows, and design priorities.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
- Establish or improve design systems, reusable components, and visual consistency across the product.
- Design intuitive experiences for complex workflows, dashboards, and AI-powered applications.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation and resolve design-related issues.




- Review existing product experiences and identify usability gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Incorporate user feedback, business objectives, and product usage insights into design decisions.
- Communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
- Deliver agreed design milestones within the initial two-week engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:-

- 10+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or equivalent roles.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design ownership and shipped digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, design systems, auto layout, and interactive prototyping.
- Strong expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, usability, and visual design.
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products, enterprise applications, dashboards, or workflow-driven platforms.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear, intuitive, and scalable product experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work directly with US-based stakeholders in a remote setup.
- Ability to work independently, make informed design decisions, and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Nice to Have:-

- Experience designing AI-powered products, GenAI applications, AI agents, chatbots, or voice-based interfaces.
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Experience working with early-stage startups and taking products from concept to launch.
- Familiarity with front-end implementation concepts such as HTML, CSS, and React component structures.
- Experience using AI-assisted design, wireframing, and rapid prototyping tools.
