- Hands-on experience in performance testing using JMeter and/or LoadRunner.
- Experience in developing and parameterizing performance test scripts.
- Knowledge of load, stress, endurance, spike and scalability testing.
- Experience in workload modelling and capacity planning.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics, application logs and APM reports.
- Experience identifying performance bottlenecks and coordinating with development and infrastructure teams.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.
