Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Digital Transformation Consultant to provide independent quality assurance and governance oversight for an Oracle CX transformation program. The consultant will work closely with the implementation partner, business stakeholders, and project leadership to ensure the solution is delivered in accordance with Oracle CX best practices, business requirements, and agreed project objectives.

The role focuses on reviewing and validating implementation deliverables, monitoring project quality, identifying risks and gaps, ensuring adherence to implementation methodology, and facilitating alignment between business users and the implementation partner throughout the project lifecycle. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, providing independent assessments and recommendations to support successful project delivery and business

Key Responsibilities

- Assess implementation approaches and provide recommendations to minimize customization and maximize adoption of standard Oracle CX capabilities.
- Ensure the Oracle CX solution aligns with business objectives, operational processes, and Oracle recommended leading practices.
- Provide inputs to teams on solution and design
- Lead the architecture discussion for overall CX implementation
- Good understanding of EDM flows for enterprise clients
- Provide independent quality assurance and governance oversight across all phases of the Oracle CX implementation lifecycle.
- Review and validate business requirements, solution designs, configurations, integrations, customizations, testing outcomes, and deployment deliverables prepared by the implementation partner.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the implementation partner to ensure transparent understanding and alignment of requirements, expectations,



and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and solution validation sessions with business users and project teams.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, gaps, and dependencies that may impact quality, scope, timelines, or business value realization.
- Review Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design Documents, Configuration Workbooks, Integration Designs, Data Migration approaches, and Testing Strategies for completeness and quality.
- Validate that implementation of deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and contractual obligations.
- Participate in milestone reviews and support quality gate assessments for key project phases, including Design, Configuration, Testing, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Oversee SIT and UAT activities to ensure adequate business process coverage, requirement traceability, and defect resolution.
- Review data migration readiness, cutover plans, and go-live preparedness from both technical and business perspectives.
- Ensure appropriate controls, compliance requirements, security standards, and governance processes are incorporated into the solution.
- Provide periodic quality assessment reports highlighting project health, implementation risks, recommendations, and areas requiring management attention.
- Support change management and business adoption activities by ensuring stakeholder concerns and business expectations are addressed throughout the transformation journey.
- Serve as an independent advisor to project sponsors and leadership regarding implementation quality, solution readiness, and overall delivery effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8-12 years of overall IT experience,



with at least 4-5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience across functional and technical workstreams.
- Prior experience working on Oracle Fusion implementations within banking or financial services is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Oracle CX Cloud modules and Oracle implementation best practices.
- Technical knowledge in building and troubleshooting Reports (BI Publisher/OTBI), Integrations (OIC), and Extensions/Personalization within Oracle Fusion.
- Experience authoring or reviewing BRD/RTM, Fit-Gap Analysis, Solution Design Documents, Test Scenarios, Cutover Plans, and Data Migration documentation.
- Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion implementation methodology and lifecycle phases (Solution Validation, Construction, Transition, Production).
- Experience working with System Integrators (SI) and third-party advisory/ partners in a delivery or governance capacity.
- Hands-on experience with testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT) and defining entry/exit criteria for project milestones.
- Working knowledge of data migration tools, processes, and readiness assessment for CX cutover.
- Familiarity with banking regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements relevant to CX systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and implementation teams through effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience reviewing solution architecture, business processes, testing activities, data migration, and go-live readiness.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and executive-level presentation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Prior experience in banking or financial institution's IT/PMO function, or in a consulting role serving banking clients.
- Exposure to large-scale, multi-phase CX transformation programs involving external SI and advisory partners.
