Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer with expertise in .NET, Microsoft Azure, and AI/LLM application development to build scalable enterprise applications, modernize legacy systems, and deliver AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Angular, TypeScript, SQL Server, and Azure.
- Build AI-powered features using Azure OpenAI, RAG, LLMs, and AI agent frameworks.
- Develop secure REST APIs and scalable cloud-native applications.
- Modernize legacy systems and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain engineering standards.
- Ensure application security, automated testing, performance, and HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of enterprise software development experience.




- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Knowledge of application security and modern authentication standards.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

Valuable to Have

- Python and AI agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel or LangChain.
- Experience with vector search, Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Healthcare domain knowledge, HIPAA, and HL7 FHIR familiarity.
- Relevant Azure or AI certifications.
