We are seeking a visionary Lead Sports Content Architect & Template Specialist to design a scalable digital content ecosystem for highprofile athletes, fitness icons, and health professionals. This role is not about onetoone content managemental is about building a highperformance content engine that empowers creators globally.

You will architect a library of plugandplay templates social media frameworks, biography structures, photo layouts, and shortform video formatstailored to sports, fitness, and holistic health. A key focus is cultural agility: ensuring assets respect diverse global aesthetics, with particular sensitivity to modest fitness and lifestyle representation. By blending AIdriven tools with industrystandard creative platforms, you will deliver a futureready system that allows highprofile individuals to maintain a premium, culturally respectful digital presence at scale.

Core Responsibilities

Scalable Template Architecture

- Develop reusable, highend social media frameworks (Instagram carousels, TikTok/Shorts frames, LinkedIn banners) optimized for sports and wellness.
- Create structured biography templates and storytelling frameworks highlighting athletic achievements, health philosophies, and fitness journeys.
- Design adaptable graphic collages that integrate training photos, statistics, and text into cohesive visual portfolios.

Creative Multimedia Engine

- Build shortform video blueprints with transitions, teaser formats,



and highlight reels that creators can easily customize.
- Ensure all templates reflect crosscultural sensitivity and premium modest aesthetics.
- Organize and tag content assets into a searchable database by sport, cultural tone, and style.

NextGen Tooling & AI Workflows

- Leverage generative AI to produce background art, sports graphics, smart text prompts, and automated video templates.
- Streamline workflows using platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut Pro, and Figma to ensure templates are intuitive and editable for nontechnical users.

Required Experience & Attributes

- 5+ years in highlevel graphic design, UI/UX asset creation, or social media template design within sports, fitness, or wellness.
- Proven ability to convert bespoke content into scalable, reusable templates.
- Robust cultural competence with a refined eye for tasteful, premium modest fitness and lifestyle imagery.
- Advanced proficiency in creative platforms and AIdriven content generation tools.
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative content systems and templatedriven design.
