The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine maintenance, production support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of factory equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and implement effective solutions.
- Support daily production activities and ensure smooth factory operations.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and factory operating procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, technical reports, and equipment documentation.
- Assist in improving production efficiency and reducing operational costs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a factory or manufacturing setup.
- Practical knowledge of mechanical equipment, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance and industrial safety practices.
