Senior Manager – Purchase | Contracts | Billing

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement and purchasing activities for ongoing projects.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve cost efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements.
- Draft, review, and administer vendor, contractor, and service contracts.
- Ensure contract compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Oversee customer billing, invoicing, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with Finance, Projects, and Legal teams for billing accuracy.
- Monitor payment cycles, vendor bills, and customer receivables.
- Maintain project-wise records, MIS reports, and audit documentation.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and services within budget.
- Drive process improvements, risk mitigation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder communication and support smooth project execution.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Strong experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Purchasing.
- Expertise in Contract Management, Negotiation, and Compliance.
- Sound knowledge of Billing, Invoicing, and Documentation processes.
- Experience coordinating with Engineering, Site, Finance, and Leadership Teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP Systems, and Real Estate Management Software.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Operations or Finance preferred.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure Projects is mandatory.
- High attention to detail, integrity, negotiation skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
