Job Summary

ShipGlobal India is looking for an experienced Senior Manager Purchase & Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement, vendor management, cost optimisation, administration, and current office/warehouse setups across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage direct and indirect procurement across offices and warehouses.
- Drive strategic sourcing, vendor development, commercial negotiations, and cost savings.
- Lead new office and warehouse setup projects across India, ensuring timely execution within budget.
- Oversee administration, facilities management, and warehouse procurement.
- Manage procurement budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance.
- Lead the Purchase, Procurement & Administration team.




- Plan and execute corporate events, employee engagement activities, exhibitions, and external events.

Candidate Profile

- 6–11 years of relevant experience in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Management, or Administration.
- Strong experience in commercial negotiations, cost control, and vendor management.
- Exposure to multi-location operations, warehouse procurement, and facility setup projects.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel PAN-India as required.
