Qualification: CA / MBA Finance (Tier-1 institute preferred)

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced FP&A; professional to partner with senior leadership on financial planning, forecasting, business performance, and strategic financial initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual operating plans (AOP), forecasting, and long-range planning (LRP).
- Drive monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews.
- Perform financial modelling, scenario analysis, and cost optimization.
- Partner with senior management to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop management reports and executive presentations.
- Drive process improvements, automation,
and finance transformation initiatives.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A; or corporate finance.
- CA / MBA Finance, preferably from a Tier-1 institute.
- Solid expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business partnering.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with ERP tools such as Oracle, HFM, or Hyperion.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Power BI knowledge and project management experience are preferred.
