Roles & ResponsibilitiesExperience owning production analytics platforms - incident, change, access, capacity and cost governance.
- Experience enabling and governing AI-assisted / natural-language analytics.
- Experience in regulated, audit-intensive environments (documented approvals, access reviews), setting standards and providing technical leadership.
- Ability to manage access provisioning, security changes, SPICE capacity and refresh failures, platform incidents and user queries within agreed service levels.
- Understanding of incident, service-request, problem, and change-management processes for BI platform operations.
- Robust knowledge of platform governance - access controls, security policies, usage and capacity monitoring,
cost governance and audit readiness.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence,
ServiceNow, or similar delivery and support-management tools.
- Key technical skills
o Amazon QuickSight administration - SPICE, row-/column-level security, SSO and namespaces.
o Amazon Bedrock / QuickSight Q for AI-assisted and natural-language analytics.
o CI/CD and release governance.
o Monitoring, alerting and incident management for production BI environments.
