We are looking for experienced Java L2/L3 Production Support Engineers to support business-critical applications and troubleshoot production issues in an enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle L2/L3 production support and incident management.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve application issues.
- Debug Core Java 8 code and analyze application logs.
- Troubleshoot issues using SQL queries and database analysis.
- Work with Unix/Linux commands for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Support production deployments and releases.
- Monitor applications using AWS services and tools.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
- Maintain support documentation and identify automation opportunities.
Mandatory Skills
- 5–8 years of overall experience, with strong application production support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java 8 and code-level debugging.
- Solid SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell commands.
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA.
- Exposure to AWS services such as EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, EKS, ECR, CodePipeline, and CodeDeploy.
Good to Have
- Microservices architecture
- CI/CD concepts
- Cloud-based production support
- ITIL and monitoring/observability practices
Educational Qualification — Mandatory
- BE/BTech or equivalent 4-year degree, OR
- Graduation and post-graduation combined totaling at least 4 years of education.
