- Understand client requirements, preferences and budget.
- Prepare 2D layouts, 3D designs and interior design proposals.
- Conduct design meetings and present concepts, quotations and material options to clients.
- Handle sales calls, follow up on leads and build solid client relationships.
- Convert prospective clients into confirmed interior design projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and meet business conversion goals.
- Coordinate with the execution team for a smooth project handover.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD and rendering software.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
- Good knowledge of interior materials, pricing and estimation.
- Ability to independently manage client meetings, close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
