Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from initial concept and space planning to final execution and handover. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand requirements, developing design concepts and mood boards, preparing detailed drawings and presentations, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role also involves selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E;, overseeing site work to ensure design intent and quality standards are met, and managing timelines and budgets.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring regular site visits and close collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Interior Design and Space Planning, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality residential and/or commercial projects.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to create, review, and coordinate detailed technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), along with strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience in a senior or lead role.
- Excellent communication, client management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in Mumbai; experience with on-site coordination and quality control.

- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, cutting-edge, and elegant design solutions.
