Position: Senior HR Executive

Job Purpose To manage core HR operations, payroll processing, employee relations, and grievance handling while ensuring smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Payroll Processing, including salary calculations, deductions, incentives, and final settlements.
- Manage attendance, leave management, overtime, and employee salary records.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and salary disbursement.
- Handle statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and other applicable labour laws.
- Manage employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personal files.




- Coordinate with Finance and Accounts for payroll-related activities.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, payroll reports, and employee-related documentation.
- Support management in resolving employee-related issues and maintaining workplace discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resource Management.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in Core HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in employee grievance handling and employee relations.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS / Payroll Software.

Preferred Candidate: Someone with solid hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll Management, and Employee Grievance Handling. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
