Position: Senior HR Operations (Openings for Male candidate)

Notice: Looking for Immediate joiners

Note: Candidates with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance and processes are highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities are broken down below by core operational function:

1. Employee Lifecycle & Operations Management

- Database Management: Maintaining accurate, real-time employee records in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), tracking movements, promotions, and transfers.
- Onboarding & Offboarding Logistics: Managing the operational pipeline for recent joiners (asset allocation, document verification, background checks) and smooth exits (clearances, full & final settlements).
- Leave & Attendance Administration: Overseeing time-tracking systems, managing leave balances, and regularizing attendance anomalies across the organization.

2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Law Governance

- Audit Readiness: Ensuring the workplace strictly adheres to local labor laws, factories acts, shops and establishment acts, and occupational safety norms.
- Statutory Filings: Managing accurate registry and periodic filings for employee benefits such as Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and Gratuity.
- Contractor & Vendor Compliance:



Auditing third-party staffing vendors to ensure their payroll and legal compliance align with corporate policies.

3. Payroll Input Coordination

- Data Synthesis: Consolidating monthly payroll variables, including loss of pay (LOP), overtime data, bonuses, and reimbursement claims.
- Finance Liaison: Partnering closely with the finance and payroll processing teams to eliminate discrepancies and guarantee accurate, on-time salary disbursements.

4. Employee Relations & Grievance Execution

- Frontline Resolution: Acting as the first line of defense for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, insurance, and workspace anomalies.
- Disciplinary Procedures: Documenting and executing formal domestic inquiries, issuing warning letters, and maintaining records of disciplinary actions.
