Key Responsibilities

- Drive the overall leasing strategy to maximize occupancy, rental yields, and asset utilization.
- Identify, approach, negotiate, and close deals with anchor tenants, international brands, and leading retail players.
- Develop category-wise leasing plans across Fashion, F&B;, Lifestyle, Entertainment, Fitness, and Home segments.
- Build and nurture relationships with renowned retail groups and brands.
- Conduct catchment analysis, market benchmarking, and leasing feasibility assessments.




- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to strengthen mall positioning and customer experience.
- Ensure leasing agreements comply with company policies and commercial objectives.
- Monitor tenant performance, retention, occupancy levels, and long-term revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Strong relationships with national and international retail brands across Fashion, F&B;, Lifestyle, and Entertainment sectors.
- Proven expertise in structuring and negotiating anchor and mini-anchor lease agreements.
- Robust understanding of retail leasing economics, rental mix planning, and catchment analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and deal-closing skills.
- Experience in developing and executing brand-mix strategies for premium and value retail destinations.

Qualifications ? MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Real Estate, Business Management, or equivalent.

Preferred Experience

? Hands-on experience with large-format destination malls (1 million+ sq. ft.) and a proven record of expanding brand portfolios across multiple locations.
