Role Description The Senior Guest Service Associate – Food and Beverage Service is a full-time, on-site role based at Sayaji Hotels in Chandrapur. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, guiding them to their tables, presenting menus, and providing informed recommendations on food and beverage options. Daily tasks include taking and accurately processing orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, serving dishes and beverages, and ensuring that service standards are consistently maintained throughout the guest’s dining experience.

The associate handles guest queries, special requests, and feedback professionally, while resolving service issues promptly and courteously.



Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and readiness of the restaurant area, following safety and hygiene protocols, supporting reservations for the outlet, and mentoring junior team members to uphold Sayaji’s “Yours Truly” service philosophy.

Qualifications

- Solid guest-focused skills, including Guest Services and Guest Service, with a commitment to delivering warm, personalized hospitality.
- Proven Customer Service experience in food and beverage or hospitality settings, with the ability to manage guest expectations and resolve concerns.
- Experience handling Reservations for restaurant or banquet operations, ensuring accurate information and efficient table or event management.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken English or local language proficiency, active listening, and professional interpersonal behavior.
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory or senior associate capacity.
- Knowledge of basic restaurant operations, menu presentation, order taking, billing, and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and remain calm in high-volume service periods.
- Formal hospitality education (diploma or degree) or equivalent on-the-job experience in F&B; service is an advantage.
- Commitment to hygiene, safety, and grooming standards, with a professional and respectful approach to guests and colleagues.
