Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build secure, reusable, and high-performance backend services using Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), FastAPI, or Flask.
- Develop responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Design, implement, document, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Apply advanced Python concepts, including OOP, decorators, generators, iterators, context managers, exception handling, and memory management.
- Implement multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous programming using asyncio to improve application performance and concurrency.
- Apply appropriate Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), analyze time and space complexity, and develop efficient solutions to complex technical problems.
- Design and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, indexes, transactions, and relationships for relational and NoSQL databases.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure API access.
- Develop and maintain API documentation using Swagger UI and OpenAPI specifications.
- Containerize applications using Docker and Docker Compose, and support application deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply software design patterns, SOLID principles,



and system design best practices to build maintainable and scalable solutions.
- Write unit tests and integration tests, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex development and production issues.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application response times, memory usage, database operations, and resource utilization.
- Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, effort estimation, architecture decisions, and mentoring junior developers.
- AWS: Good to have knowledge of cloud services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
- Microsoft Azure: Good to have knowledge of cloud services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, Azure Monitor, and Microsoft Entra ID.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–6 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and backend frameworks such as Django, Django REST Framework, Fast API, or Flask.
- In-depth understanding of Python fundamentals, OOP principles, decorators, generators, iterators, memory management, and exception handling.
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, multiprocessing, asynchronous programming, the Global Interpreter Lock (GIL), thread safety, race conditions, and synchronization mechanisms.
- Good understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, stacks, queues, hash tables, trees, graphs, searching, sorting, recursion, and Big O notation.




- Hands-on experience developing RESTful APIs, middleware, request validation, error handling, authentication, and authorization.
- Strong frontend development skills using React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design, joins, indexing, transactions, and query optimization.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
- Experience with Git-based version control, debugging, unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Understanding of software architecture, design patterns, SOLID principles, and scalable application development.
- Ability to analyze technical requirements, solve complex problems, and independently deliver development tasks.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and technical documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Dockerfiles, Docker Compose, container networking, volumes, image optimization, and containerized application deployment.
- Experience with Swagger UI, OpenAPI specifications, API schema definitions, request/response documentation, and API contract management.
- Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure, cloud services, environment configuration, secrets management, and production deployments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, application monitoring, and deployment automation.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, asynchronous task processing, event-driven systems, and message queues.
- Familiarity with Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies for caching and background job processing.
- Knowledge of application security, API rate limiting, performance profiling, and production troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM API integrations and AI-powered application development is an added advantage.
