Role Description The Senior Finance Executive will oversee core financial operations, including the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements and periodic management reports. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves managing financial reporting cycles, ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other regulatory requirements, and supporting internal and external audits.
The individual will monitor budgeting and forecasting processes, track variances, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and cost optimization. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial controls,
streamline processes, and maintain accurate records for revenue, expenses, and asset management. The role may also include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, supporting cash flow management, and recommending improvements to financial systems and workflows.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong finance and analytical skills to interpret data, support decision-making, and drive financial performance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in financial statements and financial reporting, including preparation, review, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related statutory compliance, filings, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with spreadsheets and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP tools) and the ability to work with large data sets.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
- Prior experience in a similar finance role, preferably in consumer products, manufacturing, or wellness technology, is beneficial.
